Exchanges - Our customer guarantee is that you can exchange your item within 5 days of receipt for any reason as long as it is exchanged in original packaging and customer pays for exchange shipping, original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the customer cancels within 30 days from ordering a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. All exchanges must be authorized and approved by BodyKits.net. All exchange requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved exchanges must be returned to BodyKits.net in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Exchanges will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to BodyKits.net if the product is not received in original packaging or better. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this exchange policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Shipping Damages - Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call BodyKits.net within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

Warranty/Liability - All products sold by BodyKits.net are sold “as is” to the customer. BodyKits.net does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by BodyKits.net are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. BodyKits.net is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. BodyKits.net will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.

Installation of Aerodynamics - All aerodynamics are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body skit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
